“ A great sense of relief. - I was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2013 and I'm under Medical care, but the craniosacral sessions with Audrey brings a great sense of relief that is not available through conventional medicines. The first time I had a craniosacral session I was a bit unsure (& a bit skeptical) of what this would be like, as it is not a "massage", although is most often done on a massage table but with clothes on. I certainly was amazed by the feeling that seemed to wash over me, a gentle yet profoundly healing. On one occasion, Audrey was drawn intuitively to my feet, especially my right foot. Audrey's hands got very hot and she stayed working in that area. After a few moments my body started to vibrate and shake and I felt that a strong current of energy was opening up my right side of my body. Later the energy relaxed and I felt very peaceful.
