Welcome to A Healing Garden! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how you can use our website [ahealingarden.com] (“Site”) and our craniosacral therapy services (“Services”). By using the Site or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services & Eligibility

• We provide craniosacral therapy sessions by appointment.

• You must be 18 or older to book sessions, or have a parent/guardian’s consent if you are a minor.

2. Not Medical Advice

• Craniosacral therapy is a complementary, non-invasive practice. It is not a medical treatment, diagnosis, or substitute for professional healthcare.

• We do not prescribe, diagnose, or treat medical conditions.

• Results vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

• If you have a medical condition or emergency, please consult a licensed medical professional or call 911.

3. Booking, Cancellations & Late Arrivals

• Scheduling: Sessions are by appointment. Book online or contact us directly.

• Rates: Current rates are shown when booking and may change.

• Cancellations / No-shows: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50% of the session fee. Exceptions may be granted at our discretion.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payment: Due at or before your session. We accept Zelle, US Bank card reader, Venmo, and PayPal.

• Refunds: Session fees are non-refundable once a service is provided. Prepaid sessions may be refunded or credited following the cancellation policy.

• Gratuities: Optional and appreciated, but never required.

5. Communications

• By booking or inquiring, you consent to receive transactional emails (confirmations, reminders, updates).

• You can opt out of non-essential marketing emails at any time.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Please provide accurate information and share relevant health considerations.

• Follow reasonable instructions to keep your session safe and effective.

• We may refuse or end sessions if safety concerns arise.

7. Intellectual Property

• Content on the Site (text, images, logos, etc.) is owned or licensed by us.

• You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

• Copying, modifying, or distributing content without permission is prohibited.

8. Third-Party Links

• We may link to or embed third-party tools (e.g., maps, payment systems).

• We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their terms.

9. Accessibility

• We strive to make the Site accessible.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• You agree to hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or Services, your breach of these Terms, or violations of law.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

• Any disputes will be resolved in California courts.
