Gentleness is like water: seemingly flexible and yielding, yet a patient force that shapes even the hardest stone. As the Tao Te Ching observes: “Nothing is softer or more flexible than water, yet nothing can resist it.”

I bring this guidance into the way I practice craniocacral therapy. It reflects notions that resonate, that simple is not easy, and that subtlety can create the most profound shifts. It also reflects that deep listening and patience create a space where the delicate, the unspoken, and the often-overlooked can be acknowledged.

My approach is shaped by years of study in diverse, holistic approaches. This foundation enriches my understanding of the body’s natural rhythms, interconnections, and many pathways to a state of grounded presence and ease.
