Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a non-invasive therapy given through a gentle touch on different areas of the body. The client remains fully clothed. By calming the active, ever-vigilant part of our nervous system, it enables the body to tune into its resting and processing mode, where it can unravel and resolve blockages, traumas and pains - past and present.
